The contents of each Pusheen Box are a mystery!  Each box will contain a selection of apparel, accessories, home goods, collectibles, and more with a total retail value over $100!  Everything inside a Pusheen Box is 100% EXCLUSIVE and will never be available anywhere else!

Nope!  Pusheen Box is the only way to get the 100% EXCLUSIVE Pusheen items contained within!

Unfortunately, you cannot purchase past boxes.  Pusheen Boxes are made to a limited amount every quarter.  Once they are gone, they are gone forever.

Awesome!  Please send our Customer Service Team at contact@pusheenbox.com a message letting them know you are interested.  Please be sure to include your name, email, channel information (username and follower count), and a little message about yourself!  We review all messages!

The Pusheen Box Help Center is designed to provide a complete self-service support option to resolve any issues you may have. If you can't find an answer, you can submit a request to our customer service team here.

Once your ticket is submitted, the system will send you an email confirming your ticket submission. Generally, within 24 hours our team will review and reply to your ticket. During busier times, it may take our support team up to 48 hours to reply. Rest assured, we are working hard and will be there to assist you with any problems you may have.

Please do not submit multiple tickets or replies before you receive a reply from the customer service team, as this could affect your ticket’s place in the queue.
