    WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

    Currently, we are only taking orders and shipping within the United States.

    As for our subscription boxes, we ship internationally for Pusheen Box and the Animal Jam Box. For the Nick Box, we only ship within the continental United Staes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories and Canada.

    WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO WE USE?

    We use FedEx to ship all Culture Fly products.

    WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?

    Your items will ship out within 3 – 5 business days.

    The subscription boxes pertain to a set date for shipping, please refer to the respective websites for more information.

    WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

    We accept all major credit cards, and PayPal.

    WHY CAN’T I BUY YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BOXES THROUGH CULTURE FLY?

    Our boxes are a specialty item that require their own website since they have their own shipment and fulfilment centers.

    RETURNS

    I RECEIVED A BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEM WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    Contact us at contact@culturefly.com with attached photos of the damage with the full name and email associated with the subscription or purchase and we will respond with an answer within 24 hours.

    I RECEIVED THE WRONG SIZE FOR MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    CAN I CHANGE MY PRODUCT SIZE?

    I NEED AN APPAREL EXCHANGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    HOW LONG DO RETURNS TAKE TO PROCESS?

    Returns take 3-5 business days to be processed and show up in your account.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    Culture Fly is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. However, if you are exchanging an item for another one, the new item will be shipped back to you for free. 

    REFUND

    If the item doesn’t fit and you would prefer a refund, we will credit you back on the card you used for the purchase which automatically shows up in the account that card is/was linked to. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

    WARRANTIES

    If an item you purchased from us is faulty because of manufacturing faults, we will try our hardest to replace it or fix it.


    If we do not have any more stock of the item or we are unable to repair the faulty product, we will issue you a refund.


    We will not replace items that have been damaged because of wear and tear. When returning footwear, please return with original box packaged inside another box. If an item has been used, it must be returned clean, with no signs of use or tampering.


    All products MUST be returned with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please mail your returned items with a tracking number, to avoid it getting lost in the mail!

    SALE ITEMS

    We apologize as we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on sale items, (but if it is a faulty item we will do our best to fix the fault). Please email us at contact@culturefly.com should you have any questions before purhcasing products from us!

  • How do I publish my content in other languages?

    Here's the workflow for localizing your Help Center in other languages:

    1. Get your content translated in the other languages.
    2. Configure the Help Center to support all your languages.
    3. Add the translated content to the Help Center.

    You can modify the look and feel of your Help Center by changing colors and fonts. You can also change the way your content is organized by using themes. If you're comfortable working with page code, you can dig into the site's HTML, CSS, and Javascript to customize your theme.
